I am a graduate of KeKino Massage Academy in Plano, TX in 2017.  I have past experiences through the years with PT, OT, and surgical technologist.  I have over 82 hours of continuing education using musculoskeletal alignment techniques completed for various alignment issues and treating trapped nerves. 
 

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) in 2024. I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) in 2025. I am also a Stretch and Flexibility Coach (NASM-SFC) to further help my clients.  At this time, this coaching is available with massage on an as needed basis.  No separate coaching is available.  

I specialize in Swedish massage, therapeutic massage with trigger point, and prenatal massage.
